Due to the nature of our business, we require a 50% deposit on all adventures to guarantee your experience.

Cancelation Policy
48 HOUR RULE: We allow you to make any and all changes to your reservation up until 48 hours in advance. After this window closes, your adventure is locked into the reserved date and time. If you do not make it to your adventure, your deposit is surrendered. This is because we assign guides ahead of time and spaces fill up quickly. We appreciate your understanding of this rule. This rule applies even when you create a booking with us within a 48-hour window of your tour.
Our net park adventure operates in all weather, unless extreme winds or lightning occur. Guests may be notified at any time regarding an adventure cancellation. If your activity is canceled, we will offer you the opportunity to re-book your adventure, according to your schedule and our availability. In the event that we can’t make it work, we will provide you with a full refund.
