48 HOUR RULE: We allow you to make any changes to your reservation up until 48 hours in advance. After this window closes, your adventure is locked into the reserved date and time. If you do not make it to your tour your deposit is surrendered. This is because we assign guides ahead of time and adventures fill up quickly. We appreciate your understanding of this rule. This rule applies even when you create a booking with us within a 48-hour window of your adventure.

If you decide to not enter the course immediately after the end of your training session, you’ll get a partial refund. If you decide to start the course, you’ll have forfeited any refund options.

If you decide to leave the course early, your adventure is finished with no refunds.

Our course tour operates in all weather unless extreme winds or lightning occur. Guests may be notified at any time regarding a adventure cancellation. If your adventure is canceled, we will offer you the opportunity to re-book your tour according to your schedule and our availability. In the event that we can’t make it work, we will provide you with a full refund.
